This season, Snow Crane returns to Little Pearl on Capitol Hill with a slower, tea-forward winter menu. We’re going deep on Japanese tea, from shaded green teas and regional hojicha to single-cultivar matcha, alongside seasonal fruit from Japan and, of course, our frozen desserts.

Summer was quick: grab a scoop and go. Winter is the opposite. Sit on the heated, enclosed patio, bring someone you’ve been meaning to catch up with, and stay as long as you like. Or grab a cup to go. Either way, no rush.
