Snow Crane returns to Little Pearl in Capitol Hill for a second residency, running Sunday through Tuesday, 10am to 2pm, starting August 16th.

Building on a successful first run, this residency continues Snow Crane's approach to Japanese-inspired ice cream: small batches, quality ingredients, and a rotating menu built around micro-seasonality rather than the usual four seasons. Expect familiar favorites alongside new flavors introduced throughout the run.

The same team returns this time with a full residency of experience behind them, refining the format while keeping the same standards that shaped the first round.
