Snow Crane joins Kaia at Ned’s Club DC for a special rooftop activation celebrating the launch of Kaia’s new seasonal menu.
For this occasion, we will be serving a Crown Melon Ice Cream Sundae — featuring Crown melon imported directly from Shizuoka, Japan, widely regarded as one of the country’s most prized luxury fruits.
The sundae is composed with sencha tuile, sea salt whipped cream, and fresh shiso — a refined expression of Japanese ingredients designed for warm weather and rooftop dining.
This is a limited featured offering, created as part of a broader culinary experience alongside Kaia’s new menu rollout.
